We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our project team, focusing on the design and planning of electrical power supply systems in technically complex international projects. You’ll lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee all phases from concept to detailed design, including installation planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, calculate, and manage the execution of electrical power systems installations.
  • Perform detailed electrical system calculations (load flow, short circuit, selectivity analysis).
  • Select components and define technical specifications and datasheets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, budget, and scheduling requirements.
  • Lead international electrical engineering teams and coordinate across multiple disciplines.
  • Conduct meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate technical interfaces across engineering trades and disciplines.
  • Apply up-to-date codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines and external partners throughout all project phases.
  • Travel to project sites as required

Technical Expertise Required:

  • Electrical power supply system design for MV/LV systems, distribution boards, UPS, diesel generators, lighting, and busbars.
  • Electrical drive specification and cable routing system design (trays, ladders, trenches).
  • Design of grounding, lightning protection, and overvoltage systems.
  • Strong knowledge of technical regulations and safety standards.
  • Advanced technology facility experience is an advantage

Your Profile:

  • Bachelors’ or masters’ degree in electrical engineering.
  • Extensive experience in electrical design, especially for power systems.
  • Proven leadership experience in project team settings.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Proficient with MS Office and engineering design tools.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site work.
