Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IoT & Systems Integration Specialist to manage IoT edge devices, support Windows desktop environments, and design end-to-end system processes based on client requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective and scalable technical solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

IoT Edge Device Management

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain IoT edge devices across various client environments.
  • Monitor device performance, connectivity, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues to ensure stable and secure operation.

Windows System Desktop Management

  • Manage, maintain, and support Windows desktop environments.
  • Perform system updates, security checks, and operational troubleshooting.

Process Design & Implementation

  • Conduct consultations and workshops with clients to gather system requirements.
  • Map out business processes and create process documentation from initial concept through to developer-ready specifications.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure final systems meet design and functional expectations.

Communication Technologies

  • Implement and support communication protocols such as Serial, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and mesh networks.
  • Ensure seamless integration between hardware components, edge devices, and network environments.

GPS & Mapping Solutions

  • Integrate GPS technology into systems for location-based features.
  • Configure and support mapping interfaces and tracking solutions.

Hardware Evaluation & Design

  • Assess hardware requirements and design solutions considering technical capability, cost, and environmental constraints.
  • Select appropriate hardware devices and components for deployment.

Mobile Device & Interface Integration

  • Assist in designing and configuring mobile device applications and user interfaces.
  • Experience with label or barcode design software is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies
