Position Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and engaging customers across various sectors, including oil and gas, mining, and industrial fields. You will need to understand the technical intricacies of their products to effectively communicate with clients and identify opportunities for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads, understanding their needs and requirements to qualify them effectively.
  • Create and maintain databases on contracts and leads for future sales opportunities.
  • Assist in executing targeted business development campaigns to reach potential clients.
  • Conduct productive cold calling to initiate contact with potential clients and articulate the value proposition of services.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of various lead generation strategies, suggesting improvements for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline, providing comprehensive information to facilitate sales.

Requirements:
